congratulations to yolanda adams who took home five stellar awards at this year's awards ceremony. among the awards adams—who could not attend the show taping because she is expecting the birth of her first child, this month—received were nods for artist of the year, female vocalist of the year and cd of the year for her elektra debut, mountain high…valley low. other big winners included gospel diva duo mary mary and hezekiah walker.
