fans of the wb's gilmore girls were treated to a rare and special guest appearance by sonic youth frontwoman, kim gordon, tonight. gordon, along with her sonic youth bandmates, played one of a number of troubadour acts who beseiged the fictional town of stars hollow when the hamlet's original minstrel hit the "big time" after being discovered.
